Job Descriptions:
- 1. Find and prevent abnormalities in advance and handle quickly to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process, and ensure the quality in process
- 2. Check and supervise defective products’ impact on product quality during the manufacturing process, carry out patrol inspection on time, and pay attention to special processes
- 3. Implement emergency measures after abnormal conditions happened, isolate defective products, follow up and carry out corrective and preventive measures
- 4. Supervise the implementation of inspection at each station and suggest on inspection standards
- 5. Manage process changes and monitor the implementation of changes
- 6. Update the inspection documents regularly, as well as train and assess the inspectors.

Qualifications:
- 1. More than 3 years of working experience
- 2. Familiar with semiconductor knowledge, led process experience is preferred
- 3. Semiconductor chip and packaging process knowledge
- 4. Proficient in quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and can use them in practice
- 5. Master the knowledge and application of quality analysis methods such as 8D
- 6. PQE experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
- 7. Strong internal and external communication and cooperation abilities
- 8. Be able to independently coordinate with internal and external departments to complete the analysis and settlement of customer complaints, able to draw 8D report, and sustain the case with conclusion
- 9. Positive and serious working attitude, excellent communication and coordination abilities strong psychological ability and teamwork awareness

Semiconductor process development and integration engineer
- 1. Support process development and process integration activities with our development partners and suppliers, both in Belgium and internationally
- 2. Be the technical leader for the technology transfer from the development lab to our industrial production foundries
- 1. collaborating with imec process and integration teams to develop and optimize the integration flow including building a detailed understanding of the process and metrology tool requirements.
- 2. responsibility for developing and introducing new concepts, new materials and new integration approaches and successfully introduce them in a 300mm Si processing environment
- 3. work with the Micledi device engineers to investigate and optimize the impact of the process integration on the electro-optical device performance.
- 4. work with the Micledi design team to improve maskset specifications, support device scaling activities, implement other device improvements and test the performance in short loop experiments or prototypes.
- 5. ultimately, you will be responsible for transferring the developed technologies and process flows to our foundry partner and work with them through the entire product life cycle.
Required qualifications:
- 1. PhD or master in Science or engineering with a minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience in semiconductor manufacturing context or a related discipline
- 2. In depth process understanding of and experience with a wide variety of Silicon process technologies such as lithography, etch, deposition (PECVD, ALD, PVD…), CMP, metallization, etc… including related metrology technologies. Experience with 3D technologies (w2w, d2w) is a plus.
- 3. In depth understanding of semiconductor process integration
- 4. Good knowledge of statistical process control, design of experiments and data analysis
- 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in cross functional and geographically dispersed teams, thriving in a fast-paced environment
